TERMS & CONDITIONS

By purchasing access to Frame & Finish, and/or Is The Price Right, and/or Beauty Pro Tax Bootcamp (“Program”), you (“Client” or “Member”) agree to these Terms & Conditions entered into by Lumiere Salon, LLC (“Company,” “Program,” “we,” or “us”).

PROGRAM INCLUDES
When you join the Program, you will receive:

• Lifetime Access: Access to the course content for the life of the program.
• Curated Education: All specified classes as outlined on the sales page. Additional classes may be added from time to time but there are no guarantees that additional classes or updates will be added beyond what is listed at the time of purchase.

FEES
In consideration of your access to frame & Finish, you agree to pay Your selected payment option at checkout.

All payment options are listed on the checkout page, and you understand and agree to the payment structure selected at the time of purchase.

Payment Agreement:

• If you select a monthly payment plan, you agree to make all payments in full. Payments are due on the same calendar day each month. (For example, if you sign up on April 12, the subsequent payments will be charged on May 12, June 12, etc.).
• Failure to complete payments will result in the suspension of access to the Frame & Finish program until the outstanding payment is resolved.

REFUNDS
Given the instant access nature of this course(s), no refunds are offered once the purchase has been completed. All payments are final.

METHODS OF PAYMENT

You give us permission to automatically charge your credit or debit card for all fees and charges due and payable to the Company, without any additional authorization, for which you will receive an electronic receipt. You also agree that the Company is authorized to share any payment information and instructions required to complete the payment transactions with its third-party payment service providers (e.g., credit card transaction processing, merchant settlement, and related services).

Regarding recurring payments and outstanding invoices: If all eligible payment methods we have on file for you are declined for payment of your monthly or annual fees, you must provide a new eligible payment method promptly or your Membership access will be removed.

You agree to reimburse the Company for all collection and/or legal fees and expenses necessitated by lateness or default in payment.

Since we have a clear and explicit Refund Policy that you have agreed to prior to completing the purchase of the Membership, we do not tolerate or accept any type of chargeback threat or actual chargeback from your credit card company or payment processor. In the event that a chargeback is placed on a purchase or we receive a chargeback threat during or after your purchase, we reserve the right to report the incident to all three credit reporting agencies or to any other entity for inclusion in any chargeback database or for listing as a delinquent account which could have a negative impact on your credit report score. The information reported will include your name, email address, order date, order amount, and billing address. Chargeback abusers wishing to be removed from the database shall make the payment for the amount of the chargeback.

LIFETIME ACCESS
The Frame & Finish program includes lifetime access for the life of the course. This means you will have continued access to the current course content as long as the program exists.

The program will not include new classes beyond what is outlined on the website.

INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY
All Program content, including videos, downloads, templates, and other educational materials, is the sole property of Lumiere Salon, LLC. and is provided for personal, individual use only.

By agreeing to these Terms, you agree to:

• Not share, copy, distribute, reproduce, or resell any Lumiere Lab materials.
• Use the content solely for your own professional education and growth.

DISCLAIMER
Client understands that Lumiere Salon, LLC. and Kristen Lumiere (“Consultant”) are not acting as employees, agents, lawyers, doctors, managers, therapists, or financial advisors. The information provided is for educational and informational purposes only, and no guarantees are made regarding results.

ACCURACY AND PERSONAL RESPONSIBILITY
You agree to take full responsibility for your results and actions, understanding that the program provides education and tools, but your success depends on your efforts, specific circumstances, and external factors.

NO GUARANTEES AS TO RESULTS
While the Program provides resources to support your professional growth, the Company makes no guarantees regarding specific outcomes. Prior results achieved by others do not guarantee similar outcomes for you.

COMMUNITY GUIDELINES
The Program fosters a positive, respectful learning environment. You agree to:

• Engage respectfully with other participants (if applicable).
• Refrain from sharing program content, self-promotion, or spamming.

The Company reserves the right to remove individuals who violate these guidelines without refund.
