By purchasing access to Buy Me Coffee, Get a Class (the “Program”), you (“Client” or “Member”) agree to these Terms & Conditions entered into by Lumiere Salon, LLC (“Company,” “Program,” “we,” or “us”).

PROGRAM INCLUDES

When you join the Program, you will receive:

• Instant Access: Immediate access to the class content upon purchase.

• Limited Access: Access to the course content for 7 days starting once the purchase has been completed.

•  Education: All class content as outlined on the sales page and this checkout page.

FEES

In consideration of your access to the Program, you agree to pay the selected payment option at checkout.

• All payment options are clearly listed on the checkout page. You understand and agree to the payment structure selected at the time of purchase.

REFUNDS

Given the instant-access nature of this class, no refunds are offered once the purchase has been completed. All payments are final.

METHODS OF PAYMENT

You authorize us to automatically charge your credit or debit card for all fees due, for which you will receive an electronic receipt. You also agree that we may share payment information with third-party payment service providers for processing transactions.

Chargebacks: Given our explicit refund policy, we do not tolerate chargeback threats or actual chargebacks. If a chargeback is placed, we reserve the right to report the incident to credit reporting agencies or other entities for inclusion in chargeback databases. Chargeback abusers must repay the full amount of the chargeback to be removed from these databases.

If a Member initiates a chargeback, the Company reserves the right to immediately revoke access to all Products purchased by the Member, including past, present, and 'Lifetime Access' Products, without prior notice.

INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

All content within the Program, including videos, downloads, templates, and educational materials, is the sole property of Lumiere Salon, LLC.

By agreeing to these Terms, you agree:

• Not to share, copy, distribute, reproduce, or resell any Program content.

• To use the content solely for your personal, professional education and growth.

DISCLAIMER

You understand that Lumiere Salon, LLC and Kristen Lumiere (“Consultant”) are not acting as employees, agents, lawyers, doctors, managers, therapists, or financial advisors. The Program content is for educational and informational purposes only, and we make no guarantees regarding results.

ACCURACY AND PERSONAL RESPONSIBILITY

You agree to take full responsibility for your results and actions, understanding that the Program provides tools and education, but your success depends on your individual effort, circumstances, and external factors.

NO GUARANTEES AS TO RESULTS

While the Program provides resources to support your growth, we do not guarantee any specific outcomes. Results achieved by others do not guarantee similar results for you.

COMMUNITY GUIDELINES

If the Program includes access to a community or group, you agree to:

• Engage respectfully and positively with other participants.

• Refrain from sharing Program content, self-promotion, or spamming.

The Company reserves the right to remove any participant who violates these guidelines without refund.
