By registering for the Hairstylist Marketing Bootcamp (“Program”), whether through the Free Pass or VIP Upgrade, you (“Participant”) agree to the following terms set by Kristen Lumiere and Lumiere Salon, LLC (“Company”):

PROGRAM ACCESS

Free Pass Participants will receive access to each class for 24 hours following its release on June 22, 23, and 24, 2025.
VIP Participants will receive extended access to class replays for 12 months from the date of release, as well as access to the Live Q&A Call on June 30, 2025, the VIP Pop-Up Community, and additional VIP bonuses as described on the checkout page.

REFUND POLICY

Due to the digital nature of the Program and immediate access to materials, no refunds will be issued for any reason. By completing your purchase, you acknowledge and agree to this policy.

INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

All content provided in the Program—including but not limited to videos, workbooks, slides, frameworks, and teaching methods—is the intellectual property of Lumiere Salon, LLC and Kristen Lumiere.
You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, teach, or otherwise use this content for your own educational programs, coaching, or business development purposes without express written consent. Violation of these terms may result in legal action.

PARTICIPANT RESPONSIBILITY

Results from the Program depend on your effort, understanding, and implementation. The Company does not guarantee specific outcomes or income as a result of participation. You are responsible for applying the strategies shared and complying with local business and advertising regulations.

COMMUNITY GUIDELINES

VIP community access is a privilege. Participants agree to remain respectful, supportive, and refrain from spam, self-promotion, or disruptive behavior. The Company reserves the right to remove any member from the community without notice if these guidelines are violated.
